Michael D. Brant is the President and Founder of iDoxSolutions. Mike is a 30 year industry veteran. Since 2001 Mike’s focus has been implementing Enterprise Content Management, Records Management, Business Process Management and Data Analytics services and solutions. Mike is the force responsible for the creation of the iDoxSolutions vision, goals, plans and strategies.
Prior to founding iDoxSolutions, Mike was the President/CEO of DoxSys, Inc., a subsidiary of Federal Data Corporation. Mike began his career with Xerox Corp. where he ultimately held the position of Senior Vice President of Federal Sales.
Mike is a graduate of the University of Maryland (UMD). He is a member of the UMD Terrapin Club and the UMD Catholic Terps Alumni. Mike is also a member of several professional organizations including AIIM, ARMA and Vistage.

Peter A. Sprecher is the Chief Financial Officer and Facility Security Officer at iDoxSolutions. Pete has overall responsibility for Accounting, Finance and all matters pertaining Security. Pete has been with iDoxSolutions since 2002.
Prior to joining iDoxSolutions, Pete served in a variety of positions in the finance area, including 8 years at Unisys Corporation as an Operations Financial Manager.
Pete is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College located in Lancaster, PA. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is licensed in Maryland. Pete is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Society of Accountants.

Carl F. Muller is the Chief Technology Officer at iDoxSolutions. In his role, Carl provides both technical and executive leadership for iDoxSolutions. Carl’s career spans over 30 years as an Information Technology professional and a pioneer in Content and Knowledge Management technology.
Before joining iDoxSolutions, Carl served as a Senior Vice President, Division Group Manager at CACI. He was also a Senior Vice President at Vredenburg Corporation. In the mid-eighties, Carl co-founded Highland Technologies Inc. and led the development of the HighVIEW line of content management products.
Carl is a graduate of Towson University located in Towson, MD. Carl is active in coaching both Youth Lacrosse and Youth Wrestling.

Thomas E. Cosgrove is the Vice President of Service Delivery at iDoxSolutions. Tom has been with iDoxSolutions since 2007 and has over 30 years experience in managing Professional Services organizations. Tom is responsible for customer satisfaction and works with his team to sustain the iDox 100% on-time and on budget delivery record.
Prior to joining iDoxSolutions, Tom held similar positions at Brainware, Inc, SER Inc and Aspen Systems Corporation.
Tom is a graduate of Western Maryland College (now McDaniel College) located in Westminster, MD. Tom is active in community sports.
