Proposal Specialist

The Proposal Specialist is responsible for leading, planning, scheduling, and overseeing the timely development and delivery of high-quality responses to federal government business opportunities (e.g.requests for information (RFIs), quotes (RFQs), and proposals (RFPs), from opportunity qualification to post-submission activities, in a growing, fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Bachelor’s Degree. A minimum of 4 years of proven, successful experience managing, writing, and winning IT FEDERAL proposals in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing environment (must be able to provide sanitized examples of successful (won) proposals where candidate played Proposal Specialist/Author role.)

Project Manager

iDoxSolutions is looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our team. We are seeking an independent person to participate in full lifecycle analytics projects and leverage mission-support data to inform decision making, evaluate policy, and find efficiencies using statistical and analytical software.

Responsibilities

  • Creates long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines and allocating resources

  • Delegates/coordinates tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them

  • Identifies and manages the potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and goals

  • Makes timely and effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with

  • the project

  • Serves as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure

  • team actions remain in synergy

  • Communicates with the Director, PMO and senior management/contracting office to keep the project

  • aligned with the company’s strategy and/or contractual requirements, as appropriate

  • Performs quality control throughout development/execution to maintain the expected standards

  • Adjusts schedules and targets on the project as needed

  • Motivates people involved in the project to complete tasks on time

  • Communicates with government POC to ensure goals and timelines meet government expectations

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience

  • PMP certified- desired

  • Qualtrics experience

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

 

Angular Developer

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work ONSITE in downtown, DC

  • Maintain a top-level coding-base using Angular best practices.

  • Work with an exciting user experience web portal

  • Have extensive knowledge of software lifecycle, front-end and back-end development experience, and have excellent project management skills.

  • Experience working with object-oriented development.

  • Proficient in CSS, HTML, and writing cross-browser compatible code.

  • Proficient with precompilers like Sass and LESS

  • Experience using building tools like Gulp or Grunt.

  • Knowledge of MV-VM/MVC frameworks including AngluarJS.

  • Understanding of jQuery/Bootstrap libraries

  • AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML)

  • HTML 5, CSS Modules, Web pack, Babel, npm

  • Git/GitHub, Continuous integration using maven & Jenkins

  • Troubleshoot problems with application development and use

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Proven experience implementing front-end and back-end applications.

  • Clear written and verbal communications skills (English), including presentation skill

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Critical thinker and good problem-solver.

Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Identify and document functional requirements and create user stories for the EPAS application.

  • Work to design and test functional components of the system according to project specifications.

  • Develop project documentation and user training materials according to program specifications

  • Provide technical support to end users

  • Perform program management support tasks, such as status reporting and work plan maintenance
