iDox Solutions was founded in 2001 with a single focus: helping federal agencies manage information better. Over more than two decades, that focus became a track record — 80+ ECM deployment across the Department of State, the Army, GSA, FDA, and Justice, earned one engagement at a time.

In 2024, iDox became part of B&A, a federal IT and defense contracting firm built on the same values: mission-first, technically rigorous, and built to last. The acquisition will not change the legacy of iDox but will expand what iDox can do.

Today, iDox operates as a B&A company, combining 20+ years of specialized federal content and records management experience with B&A’s broader portfolio of enterprise IT, intelligence, and defense capabilities. Our customers get the same dedicated team and deep domain expertise they’ve always relied on, backed by a firm with the scale and reach to take on what’s next.

Meet the Team

Michael D. Brant, founded iDox Solutions in 2001 with a vision to bring enterprise content, records management, and business process solutions to agencies that needed them most. A 30-year-old veteran, Mike has spent his career implementing ECM, Records Management, and Business Process Management solutions that make government run more efficiently. He is the force behind iDox’s vision, goals, and long-term strategy – and the reason the firm has earned the trust of some of the federal government’s most demanding customers for more than two decades.

Jonathan Evans is the Chief Executive Officer of Bart & Associates (B&A), a federal IT and defense contracting firm headquartered in McLean, Virginia. Under his leadership, B&A has grown into a recognized force in the Federal IT modernization, intelligence, and defense services—expanding capabilities through strategic acquisitions, including iDoxSolutions, Hexagon US Federal’s Strategic Services and Solutions portfolio, and Celestar Corporation.

Carl F. Muller is the Chief AI Officer where he provides both technical and executive leadership on the firm’s artificial intelligence strategy and delivery. With more than 30 years as an information technology professional and a career-long focus on Content and Knowledge Management technology, Carl brings a combination of pioneering technical depth and enterprise leadership to every engagement.
