9A-17 - Business Analyst

Translates user requirements into system specifications and related plans and summaries. Writes documentation; gathers information from users, defines work problems, and designs a system and procedures to resolve problems. May supervise and provide direction to a team. Analyzes factors and components of systems to recommend and institute changes to increase efficiency.  Plans studies of work problems and procedures, such as organizational changes, communication, information flow, integrated production methods or cost analysis.   Examines and analyzes current and contemplated operations for developing, defining and coordinating user requirements which will satisfy the total program need.  

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience providing system or process analysis.

Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is preferred


10A-17 - Architect

Programming experience in software system development from design through test and implementation. Experience in developing systems designs in an open systems architecture. Knowledgeable of the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework. Knowledgeable in software reuse and responsible for identifying reuse opportunities within and across projects, building generic domain models and architecture. Reports on progress, troubleshoots, performs quality control, and ensures work meets contract requirements for quality and delivery schedules.

The successful candidate will have five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in a technical environment related to document management, workflow, and/or imaging solutions.

Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is preferred


10B-17 - Application Developer

Have programming experience in software system development from design through test and implementation. Have programming experience in the language specified in the particular task order. Have experience as a computer systems analyst performing studies, analyses, and recommending solutions. Shall have experience and trained in using third/fourth generation languages in the design of software systems. Shall be knowledgeable in software reuse and shall focus on reuse in the design and implementation of system development and recommend the most beneficial reuse opportunities and priorities for library population.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of related (technical environment) experience.

Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is preferred


115-A 17 - Junior Developer

Works as a member of a team on software development assignments for US Federal Government clients. Independent judgment and creativity is regularly exercised in solving highly complex problems; the ability to work with other technical personnel is critical. Maintaining positive customer contact at the job site is required.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists in feasibility analysis and brainstorming of alternatives as a prelude to implementing fundamental design concepts.
  • Writes and tests component software within the context of the development tools and standards.
  • Provides ongoing code review as required.
  • Maintains a close liaison with other team members in the ongoing maintenance of an ordered, structured, and efficient source code control system as well as development and adherence to coding standards and conventions.
  • Conducts acceptance testing, prototype analysis and verification of third party tools and consultant-provided components to determine their viability and applicability to the project at hand.
  • Provides for ongoing maintenance, documentation, and third-tier support of code base; develops the code to be as maintainable, efficient and documented.
  • Ensures other team members are fully cognizant and familiar with the internal design and implementation of his/her product components to ensure the team has an overall familiarity with the product as a whole -- not just his/her area of focus.
  • Works closely with other Engineers and performs specific programming and testing assignments as required by a manager or an Engineer partner.

BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related degree. Experience in coding using JAVA programming language preferred, .NET is acceptable. Must be a US Citizen.

Experience in hands on programming/software development. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to communicate requirements and outcomes to customers. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a similar discipline. Must be a US citizen.

Basic to Intermediate SQL • Intermediate JavaScript • Intermediate to advanced HTML • Intermediate knowledge of WebServices, specifically REST and SOAP
