Summary of work performed:
iDoxSolutions (iDox) was selected to provide Subject Matter Expertise and Data Analytics Support for the General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Government-wide Policy’s (OGP) in a contract valued at $19M over the next five years.
iDox will support the mission of OGP to ensure that government-wide policies encourage agencies to develop and utilize the best, most cost-effective management practices for the conduct of their specific programs. iDox will help OGP’s Office of Evidence and Analysis (OEA) provide federal managers modern data analytics and graphical dashboards to improve the efficiency of management processes.
iDox data analytics Center of Excellence helps government customers transform data into actionable insights that improve performance, streamline operations, and strategic decision making. We provide solutions as a set of strategies, processes, and people-focused initiatives. Enabled through Data Analytics technology, iDox transforms data from disparate systems into information that decision-makers can use to improve performance.
Results:
Over the next five years, iDoxSolutions will provide OGP with experienced technical resources that understand: business intelligence, Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes, the modern tools and techniques of Tableau, Python and R dashboards and reports to create reusable capabilities that produce positive and measureable results.

Summary of work performed:
iDoxSolutions, the prime contractor, is providing a comprehensive technology platform that allows users to create, collaborate, transfer and manage information and processes securely and efficiently across the bureau. We have established a 5015.2 compliant Enterprise Records Management System (ERM) that is becoming part of a Department of State Enterprise Content Management (ECM) System. The ERM solution is based on the OpenText product suite and includes OpenText Content Manager, OpenText Records Manager, Application Governance and Archiving, Web Reports and File System Archiving modules. We are leveraging the INL investment in SharePoint, centralizing the document repository, adding records governance, and creating management dashboards,
Results:
The ERM solution has increased productivity by 20% by consolidating all information in one repository and with the introduction of new structured and ad hoc workflows. The system assures that all documents and emails have records management retention designations assigned without user intervention; thereby improving compliance and reducing administrative impact.
